This policy applies to you and any visitor, user, or customer of our websites, including supervisa.io and prenota-agent.com. This policy applies to any information that we collect and use in the process of offering our services, including but not limited to information that we collect via phone, text message, email, social media, direct messaging services, or any other modality of communication.

Information we collect

Information is fundamental to our business. We collect information that enables us to offer our services, and to provide better services to you. Much of the information we collect is absolutely necessary to offer our services, and we would not be able to offer our services to you without it.   • Social media data if you decide to interact with Supervisa via any of our social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Billing information including but not limited to credit card and debit card information, and your billing address.
  • Reviews and other content you post online about Supervisa, including the screen name under which the content is published, including information about yourself.
  • Photos and copies of your documents including but not limited to scanned copies of your passport or other identification documents, as well as bills, bank statements, or other documents that can be used to verify your identity.

Information we generate

In addition to the information we collect directly from you, we also collect and generate information about you and your devices as you use our website and our services. This includes both automatic data collection such as IP addresses, and information that is inferred based on the information we collect using any aforementioned modalities in addition to cookies and other technologies. Your information is shared among individuals acting in a professional capacity for Supervisa and among applications involved in the process of fulfilling our obligations to you as the service provider.   • Providing the service which includes but is not limited to providing you with any products or services listed on any of our websites. We use any information that you submit on these sites via webform, as well as the information categories listed in the previous section to these ends.
  • Authenticating your third party account credentials Many of our services require that we authenticate using your account credentials on consulate websites. We collect and use your login credentials on consular websites in order to confirm appointments for you on your behalf.
  • Confirming your identity as necessary to process payments, perform core business functions and prevent fraud.
  • Updating you with important notices pertaining to your orders, including order status updates via communications over phone, text, email, and relevant order status pages on our websites.
  • Electronic communications with you by means of text message, phone call, email, and communication via social media and direct messaging platforms.
  • Marketing communication although we take a minimalist approach to marketing, there are times where we will reach out to share information about new products and services.
  • Operating and improving our Services and developing new products and/or services including analytics that are used to better understand you and how you use our Services for the purpose of product, website, application, service, and business development.
  • Payment processing by us or a third party such as Stripe.
  • Fraud prevention and fraud detection including but not limited to the use of information we collect about you to prevent fraud, identity theft, and other illegal activity or activity that violates our Terms and Conditions, or Refund Policy.

We will retain your information for as long as we require to make use of it to offer our services to you, and to maintain logs and business records for analysis, security and/or audit processes.

Sharing your information

We must share some of your information with third parties in order to fulfill our obligations to you when providing our services. In general, any information that you input directly on our website is shared with either the consulate, or our payment processors. If you opt out from our data sharing practices, we will not be able to offer our services to you.

Information that we share with consulates when offering our services includes but is not limited to your personal information, contact information, identification information, travel information, and photos and copies of your documents.

The information that we share with payment providers includes only your billing information by default, however any information that we collect from you and/or about you is subject to be submitted to third parties including but not limited to payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud.

We may additionally share your information with any third party service provider who performs services on our behalf.

We also share your information with government authorities and other relevant parties in order to comply with applicable legal requirements, judicial proceedings, court orders, legal process, or lawful requests from government authorities.

Please note that we do not have control over the privacy policies of third parties with whom we share your information and personal information you share with us that we then share with a third party, will then be subject to the privacy policy of the respective parties.

Opting out

Information that we share with third parties is done necessarily in order to provide our services to you. By opting out of our privacy policy, you preclude yourself from use of our services.

Our Services contain links to other websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Supervisa, including but not limited to links to websites of Travel Resources and our advertisers. We have no control over these third party websites, and your use of them is subject to their privacy policies and business practices. Your use of third party websites is at your own risk.

Changes to this policy

Except to the extent limited by applicable law, we will update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our privacy practices, legal requirements, and other factors by prominently posting notice of the update on this policy. Changes to our Privacy Policy will be effective when posted and the new effective date will be identified.

If we make changes that materially impact previously collected personal information about you, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent to any such changes as may be required by law.
